Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Each Jolea vase is made to order and crafted just for you, which is why we’re unable to accept returns. Please double-check your order before checking out.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping Information
Because our vases are made to order, please allow up to one week for production before your order ships.
Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
For expedited service, we offer UPS Standard Overnight Shipping within the U.S. Orders placed by 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day once production is complete. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
A Note on Delivery
Items are delivered only to the original address provided at checkout. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please double check that your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at shop.jolea@gmaill.com and include your order number for reference.
