Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not happy, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item 

arrived damaged or defective. In that case we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Information

Because our vases are made to order, please allow up to one week for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

For expedited service, we offer UPS Standard Overnight Shipping within the U.S. Orders placed by 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day once production is complete. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Items are delivered only to the original address provided at checkout. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please double check that your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at shop.jolea@gmaill.com and include your order number for reference.
